Remember these two things every time you sell JUUL products:
Every customer must be 21 or older to purchase JUUL.
The federal minimum age for sale of tobacco products, including e-cigarettes, is 21 years. It is illegal for a retailer to sell any tobacco product—including cigarettes, cigars, and e-cigarettes—to anyone under 21. This federal requirement applies to all retailers with no exceptions.
Sell no greater than 1 JUUL Device and/or 16 JUULpods per transaction.
Research shows that many minors access e-cigarettes through other legal-age adults who buy the products for them. To address this, we place limits on the number of JUUL products you can purchase in a transaction. These limits are 1 JUUL Device and/or 16 JUULpods.
Juul Labs monitors and enforces federal age-verification laws and its internal policies on product-quantity limits through its Retailer Compliance program.
Failing to age-verify and selling above Juul Labs’ product-quantity limits of 1 JUUL Device and 16 JUULpods can lead to serious penalties, including a potential sales ban. Learn more about Juul Labs’ Retailer Compliance program here.

Have peace of mind that your salesclerks are upholding federal laws and Juul Labs’ policies by getting Enhanced Access Controls (EAC).
EAC include two types of requirements for every JUUL transaction:
Advanced Age-Verification (ID Scanning) to ensure customers are of legal age, and that an ID is valid and not expired.
Automated Product-Quantity Limits to ensure customers cannot buy in bulk to redistribute to those under the legal age by automatically blocking and/or flagging transactions that exceed Juul Labs’ limits of 1 JUUL Device and 4 JUULpod packs.
